Is ATS Green Village resale value holding up?

ATS vs Godrej in Noida... resale value, any thoughts? I've seen ATS properties appreciate well initially, but then plateau. Godrej seems to hold steady. Anyone with experience selling an ATS flat after 5-7 years? What kind of ROI did you see? Calculated risk hai bhai.
