Is ATS Green Village worth the high maintenance?

I'm based in Dubai and can't easily visit Noida. Considering ATS Green Village for investment, but the maintenance charges seem high. Has anyone faced issues with actual carpet area differing from what was promised? Should I be worried about hidden charges at possession, considering I need a property manager? Any advice?
