Is ATS's construction quality in Ghaziabad really better than Gaurs or Mahagun, ya just marketing hype? Everyone glorifies ATS for premium projects, especially in Indirapuram, but I've heard mixed reviews on their Ghaziabad projects post-possession. Matlab, for a 3BHK around ₹90L in Siddhartha Vihar, I'm checking both. Gaurs seems more consistent with on-time delivery, but quality ka kya scene hai after 2-3 years? My parents bolte hain smaller builders like Gulshan Homz might offer better end-user value, less hidden charges at possession. Honestly, I'm not sure if ATS's higher price is justified if finishing issues appear later. Should I trust their timelines? Change my mind.

Yaar, ATS ka naam bada hai but Ghaziabad mein toh kafi mixed reviews hain. Mere ek friend ne ATS Dolce mein liya tha, finishing issues aaye the after a year. For ₹90L, you deserve better than to worry about post-possession headaches.
