Visited Baliawas last weekend, saw a couple of projects there. Honestly, prices seem a bit high for the current infrastructure; not sure if it's justified. My parents keep saying Gurugram mein sab expensive hai, but is Baliawas actually worth it right now? What about its investment potential, especially with Dwarka Expressway nearby? Kya lagta hai 3-5 saal mein achha appreciation milega? Ab samajh nahi aa raha.

Totally agree with the post! Baliawas ka prices dekh ke toh mera bhi sir ghoom gaya. Lagta hai developers future potential ko abhi se price kar rahe hain, without current infrastructure. For a first-time buyer like me, it feels like a huge risk to pay for something that isn't fully there yet.
