Totally agree with the post. ₹1.3 Cr for what? Empty nesters usually want peace, not a party pad. And 8 units? Community vibe kaise banega? Feels like a very niche offering without the right pricing.

Exactly! Feels like a niche market, but the price is too high for that isolation. Resale value ka bhi tension rahega.
