My landlord just hiked rent again for my RT Nagar flat, and I'm fed up. Finally taking the plunge to buy. Everyone says negotiation is dead in Bangalore, especially with big players like Prestige Group. But I don't buy it. How much can you *realistically* knock off a 1.5 Cr 3BHK? Is even 5% possible? Or are we just stuck with the quoted price? And what about those hidden charges? PLC, club membership, maintenance advance... it feels like builders always have some surprise fee later. Change my mind, or tell me how you actually got a better total deal.
