Visited Keya Homes in Kogilu. Builder ka 'no negotiation' sab drama hai. Bangalore mein kitna discount realistically milta hai? Aur yeh hidden charges, PLC, OC, sab loot hai. Real all-in cost koi nahi batata. Change my mind.
