Is Bangalore's price surge real or just hype?

Since moving into my K R Puram flat in March, I've seen prices for similar 2BHKs jump from my ₹95L to ₹1.1Cr. Namma Metro work near my place is ongoing, but is this rapid appreciation sustainable? Honestly, not sure if it's real demand ya just builder hype. Kya yeh bubble hai? Has anyone else noticed such crazy jumps in areas like Sarjapur Road or Whitefield? Matlab, should I be happy or worried about a potential correction soon?

Bhai, you're not alone! I bought a 3BHK in Sarjapur Road last year for 1.2Cr, and now agents are quoting 1.45Cr for similar units. It feels surreal. My friends are telling me I got a great deal, but I keep thinking, is this sustainable? What if it crashes like some other markets? My entire life savings are in this, so I'm constantly checking market news. Is anyone else feeling this pressure?
