Pre-launch deals in Bengaluru feel more like a gamble than a discount these days. Kids have moved out, so I'm selling my big place near Richmond Circle and looking for a compact 2BHK. My budget is around ₹1.2 Cr, mainly for areas like Yelahanka or Kanakapura Road. Builders like Keya Homes sometimes offer pre-launch, but is it really worth it, ya fir baad mein price utna hi ho jaata hai? I'm honestly confused about the real benefit. Also, regarding payment, construction-linked plans vs. a larger down payment – which one is smarter for someone like me? I'm not in a rush, but want something manageable with a good society and near a hospital. Kya hidden costs bhi pre-launch mein kam hote hain? Thoda guidance chahiye community se, aapka experience kya raha hai?
