₹3.5 Cr for Birla Pravaah's 3BHK feels like a massive step up from my current 2BHK. I'm honestly trying to see if this premium is justified for actual daily living, not just brochure photos. Their amenities look great, but do people actually use them? Are they well-maintained, or just for show? And what about the community vibe there? Is it friendly or more reserved? I already have a home loan, so this decision is big. Any residents can share their honest experience?

U1, I agree on the price point. ₹3.5 Cr for a project delivering in 2032 is a huge commitment. Also, I checked, the RERA registration number GGM/1006/738/2025/109 DATED 06.11.2025, means the RERA date is 2025. But they are quoting 2032 for possession? This discrepancy is very concerning. Builder ka track record check karna padega.
