Is Buildcon Maghad Mansion actually good for daily living?

My current 2BHK feels cramped now, so I'm seriously looking at upgrading to a 3BHK. Buildcon Maghad Mansion ka brochure toh kaafi impressive lagta hai, with all those amenities. But honestly, is it genuinely good to live in daily? Yaar, clubhouse, pool sab theek hai, but kitna use hota hai? Aur neighbourhood quality kaisi hai? Schools, hospitals, markets nearby hain ya bas commute hi karte rahenge? Everyone glorifies the amenities but nobody talks about the actual daily convenience. What's the real vibe like? Change my mind.
