Is builder negotiation even real in Bengaluru?

Okay I'll be honest — I completely underestimated how hard it is to negotiate here. Everyone talks about Bengaluru prices soaring but nobody admits how little builders like Bhartiya Urban in Jayamahal actually budge. Should I just accept their 'no-price-drop' policy? Change my mind.
