Builder negotiation in Greater Noida feels like a myth, not real savings. Soni Realtech ke saath Zeta II mein try kiya, hardly budged. Kya actual mein price negotiate hota hai ya sab fixed hai? Change my mind.

Totally agree with the post! Builder negotiation in Greater Noida is a joke. I've been looking at properties around Zeta II and Ajayabpur, and the developers act like they're doing us a favor by even talking. My budget is tight, and every rupee counts, but they just won't budge on the base price. Is it just me, or are they all in cahoots?
I tried with a project near Alpha II last year, and they just offered a 'free' AC or a modular kitchen, which was basically already priced in. Real cash discount? Zero. They said 'market rate' is fixed. It's so frustrating for first-time buyers like us.
Sahi kaha! Mujhko bhi laga ki shayad main hi negotiation mein weak hoon. Did anyone actually get a good discount from Soni Realtech ya koi aur builder in that area?
