Is builder quality just a marketing gimmick in Delhi?

What's the actual construction quality like from top builders after you move in? Everyone glorifies names like DLF or Godrej for their projects in Vasant Kunj ya Saket, but nobody talks about the real finishing issues. I just got possession of my 3BHK, ₹3.5 Cr ka flat, and already minor seepage dikh raha hai and plaster cracks. Kya fayda itne brand name ka? Customer support? Forget it. Once they have your money, they don't even bother for small snags. Should we just accept this post-possession neglect? Disagree? Tell me why.
