My rent just shot up 15%, so I'm finally taking the plunge and looking to buy in Gurgaon. Fed up with renting, the EMI vs rent math actually makes sense now. I'm eyeing 3BHKs around Dwarka Expressway or maybe Sohna Road, budget around ₹2 Cr. Looked at M3M, Godrej, and Emaar projects. Heard stories about construction quality issues like plaster cracks, or hidden charges like EDC/PLC popping up at possession. How's their customer support after booking? Do they just ghost you? Any real experiences with M3M, Godrej, or Emaar on these points? Don't want nasty surprises.

Haan bhai, same boat! Rent ka kya karein, ab toh lagta hai apna ghar hi theek hai. M3M aur Godrej ke naam toh sune hain, par darr lagta hai. Hidden charges ka sunke toh BP high ho jaata hai. Koi real experience share karo please!
Totally yaar! Construction quality ka bahut issue hai, especially plaster cracks, I've heard from so many people. Builder booking ke time kuch aur bolte hain, baad mein kuch aur hota hai.
