Is buying near Jewar Airport a good idea now?

Okay I'll be honest – I'm seriously confused about Noida Extension. My parents keep saying Jewar Airport will make property prices skyrocket. I'm looking at a 2BHK near Sector 122, but honestly not sure if it's the right move. Capital Infra Noida has some tempting offers, but under-construction scares me. Should I wait for ready-to-move? Or is the pre-launch pricing trap real? Ab samajh nahi aa raha. What's the real ROI?
