Kalawad Road — just moved into my 3BHK with Balaji Group, possession was in March. Seeing so many NRIs buying around here makes me wonder. My cousin in the US is asking if Rajkot is still a good investment for him. Is it worth buying from abroad without visiting for those long-term gains?

Totally agree! Rajkot is definitely on an upward trend. My family also saw good returns on a plot near Ring Road.
