Is Casagrand Zaiden's amenity promise realistic?
Maintenance charges in Bengaluru projects feel like a black hole sometimes. We're upgrading to a 3BHK, kids are growing, and my wife's big on safety and good open areas for the children. We've been looking at places like Casagrand Zaiden, and the brochures look amazing. But I keep hearing stories about amenities not being fully ready even after possession, or being really basic versions of what was promised. The clubhouses often look grand, but are they actually used much? Or are they just ghost facilities, barely maintained? And then there's the maintenance itself. Is it just me, or do monthly charges feel super high for what you actually get? Are these value for money? Anyone lived in Casagrand Zaiden or similar projects? What was your experience with amenities and actual upkeep? What should I really look out for regarding these things during site visits?

Totally agree with you! Casagrand Zaiden looks good on paper, especially with that RERA number PRM/KA/RERA/1251/310/PR/120423/005862, it gives some confidence. But my cousin bought in a Casagrand project near Aavalahalli last year, and the swimming pool was ready almost 8 months after possession. It's a common story with many builders these days.
