Spent the whole Sunday checking out options in Sector 49 and Zirakpur. Honestly, I'm fed up of renting; landlord raised rent again, so I'm finally taking the plunge. My budget is around ₹90L-₹1.2Cr for a 2BHK. I'm wondering if Chandigarh is still a good investment for 2026-27. Prices feel pretty high already. Should I wait for a potential dip or jump in now?
