Is Chandigarh still a smart investment now?
Since moving into my new place in Sector 49 last month, I've been wondering if I timed my entry right. My 3BHK cost me about ₹1.5 Cr, which felt steep honestly. Everyone talks about Chandigarh's growth, but are prices already too high for good appreciation? I'm seeing prices around ₹1.2 Cr for 2BHKs in Mohali and it just makes me question things. Should I have waited, or is this still a good time for long-term hold? I'm looking at places like Aerocity and New Chandigarh, but they seem to have shot up already. How much more can they go up? What about the Mohali International Airport expansion or the PR7 Airport Road impact? Is there still strong potential, or is it mostly priced in? Really keen to hear from those who've been in the market longer.

Bhai, totally feel you! ₹1.5 Cr for a 3BHK in Sector 49 is a lot. I'm looking at places in Mohali too, and the prices there for 2BHKs are making me rethink everything. Lagta hai hum late ho gaye market mein enter karne ke liye. What if prices crash after this boom?
Crash toh nahi hoga, bhai. Correction ho sakta hai, but Chandigarh ka market is pretty stable. I bought a 2BHK in Sector 6
