Under-construction projects always feel like a gamble here, honestly. I'm eyeing CRC Joyous for a 3BHK upgrade, but the possession timeline is a huge concern. Heard so many stories about builders dragging things out in Greater Noida. What's their actual delivery track record? Is the premium worth the risk if it gets delayed for years? I'm already carrying a home loan; can't afford more uncertainty.
