Is DDA Meera Apartment's rental market actually picking up?

Is DDA Meera Apartment's rental market actually picking up? Just got possession in March, my 2BHK feels good, but I'm worried about rental yield. What's the real investor-to-owner ratio here? Hoping for decent capital appreciation in 5 years, but the rental demand seems a bit slow right now... anyone else seeing this?

Bhai, you're not alone! I was looking at Meera Apartments too, but the rental yields seemed really low compared to something like Alaknanda. Is it just me or is the market there really saturated? My agent says it's because most buyers are end-users now, not investors.

Haan bhai, same experience! Alaknanda is definitely better for rentals right now. Meera feels a bit stagnant.
