Is DDA Parshav Vihar worth the delay risk?
Budget finalised, loan pre-approved but I'm seriously stuck on DDA Parshav Vihar. Yaar, builder ka delivery track record dekh ke darr lag raha hai. My current 2BHK in Dwarka is getting small, thinking of upgrading to a 3BHK here. They promised possession by 2024 end, but abhi tak toh construction kafi slow lag rahi hai. Has anyone here invested? What's the real ground reality? Is the capital appreciation still worth waiting for, ya phir delays se ROI hi kha jaayega? I'm worried about resale market liquidity if projects get stuck. What's the actual rental yield people are getting? Should I even consider under-construction given these potential delays, ya ready-to-move hi dekhun?
