Budget finalised, loan pre-approved — now I'm seriously considering DDA Sector Pocket B C for my first home. I'm looking at a 2BHK, around ₹75L. Honestly, I'm worried if it's genuinely good for daily living or just looks nice. How's the neighbourhood for basic needs, like markets and schools? What's the society vibe like? Any real resident experiences?

Bhai, DDA projects ka toh apna alag hi scene hota hai. Pocket B C sunne mein accha lagta hai but ground reality different ho sakti hai. Mera ek friend Anand Vihar mein DDA flats mein rehta hai, usko toh maintenance aur parking ki bahut problem aayi. ₹75L for a 2BHK in a DDA project? Thoda high lag raha hai, especially considering RERA is not applicable. Iska matlab builder ki accountability kam hai na?
