Spent the morning analyzing price trends for New Delhi properties, prepping for my next investment. Current market mein prices kaafi up hain, especially in South Delhi like Vasant Kunj and Saket. Mera analysis kehta hai end-user demand strong hai, but is this rapid appreciation sustainable till 2026? I've seen this pattern before where prices peak. Considering the Delhi Metro Phase IV and UER-II, which areas will show maximum appreciation in the next two years? I'm looking beyond the usual. Maybe Rohini or Dwarka with infra upgrades?
