Bhai log, DLF Independent Floors Phase IV ka current price ₹3.1 Cr se ₹4 Cr sunke dimaag ghoom gaya hai. Launch price se toh bahut zyada lag raha hai. Kya sach mein itna worth hai ya sirf hype hai? New investors ke liye toh itna high entry point hai, lagta hai capital appreciation peak kar chuka hai. Kya hidden charges bhi hain jo total cost ko aur badha denge?
