Is DLF Privana West genuinely livable daily?

Luxury projects in Gurugram often promise the world, but deliver less on daily life. DLF Privana West's ₹8 Cr minimum feels huge for my first home. Are amenities actually useful, or just for show? Honestly, worried about noise. Is it good to live daily, or just a status symbol?

Exactly my thoughts! ₹8 Cr for a first home is insane. Are we supposed to be millionaires already to even dream of buying in Gurugram? And the noise, especially if it's near a major highway or commercial zone, can be a real headache. Gurugram mein luxury ke naam pe bas concrete jungle milta hai sometimes, not peace.

Totally agree bhai. Mera budget toh 2-3 Cr ka bhi nahi hai, yeh toh next level hai. Bas sapna hi lag raha hai ab toh.
