Do we get full flat backup or just common areas? Also, how reliable is the water supply and tank capacity? I've heard horror stories about tanker dependency. And what about elevator quality and response time for maintenance? Does it actually feel like a genuine home or just another fancy building with hidden issues? Need honest opinions before I commit.
