Is DLF The Ultima genuinely good for daily living?
Did a site visit to DLF The Ultima last weekend and it looked amazing on paper, seriously. The amenities list is huge – club, pool, everything. But I'm wondering how much of that is actually useful day-to-day? Like, is the gym ever too crowded? And what's the actual community like there? I'm a first-time buyer, so honestly a bit overwhelmed. My parents keep saying location is key, but the vibe matters too, right? Is it genuinely a good place to live, or just fancy brochures? Would love to hear from residents.
