Is DLF's investor ratio an issue for end-users in Gurgaon?
DLF projects are always investor-heavy, not sure if that's good for end-users. I'm currently in a 2BHK near Cyber City, planning to upgrade to a 3BHK, maybe on Golf Course Extension Road. My budget is around 3-4 Cr. Dekh raha hoon DLF Pink Town House aur Adani Samsara Ivana. DLF ka naam toh hai, but I've heard unke projects mein investor ratio bahut high hota hai. Matlab, will it feel like a community ya ghost town jaisa hoga? This really bothers me as an end-user. Also, post-possession maintenance charges ka kya scene hai? DLF aur Adani, kiska better hai? I'm worried about sky-high charges agar occupancy kam rahi toh. And word-of-mouth reputation bhi sunni hai. Adani ka Samsara Ivana kaisa hai from residents' perspective? Kya service issues aate hain? Already have an EMI, don't want more headaches.
