Whitefield – seeing a lot of projects here. I'm looking at Shriram Smrithi by DNR Corporation. Honestly, how do you guys properly check a builder's legal track record and RERA history for delays? My parents keep saying verify everything. Is RERA even effective if builders like DNR Corporation delay possession, or is it just on paper?

But DNR Corp ke kitne projects hain RERA pe? Shriram Smrithi ka RERA ID kya hai? I tried searching for DNR Corporation Pvt Ltd on the Karnataka RERA website but couldn't find much. Is it a new builder or am I searching incorrectly?
Exactly, RERA pe na hona toh sabse bada red flag hai. Current market conditions mein Whitefield mein competition bahut hai, but genuine projects dhoondhna mushkil ho gaya hai. Aise builders se toh door hi rehna chahiye, especially for first-time buyers like us.
What?! Zero projects? This is insane! Kaise log trust karenge phir? My budget is already tight, can't afford such risks.
Hey U4, I just checked for 'DNR Corporation Pvt Ltd' on the RERA Karnataka website. You won't believe it, it's showing '0 projects' registered under that exact name. ZERO! Shriram Smrithi bhi nahi mil raha. This is very alarming for a supposed big builder. U1, please double-check the builder's exact registered name or project details before proceeding. This is a huge red flag!
DNR Corporation ka naam sun ke hi darr lagta hai. My friend booked with a different builder in Adigara Kallahalli and got possession 3 years late. RERA fine lagata hai but builder ko kya farak padta hai? Woh toh chhota sa amount hota hai unke liye. Possession delay ka compensation milna toh aur bhi mushkil hai, they always find loopholes.
Totally agree with you, U1! RERA ka naam toh sab lete hain, but actual mein kitna effective hai, samajh nahi aata. My family also says verify everything but where to start? Whitefield mein itne projects hain, sabka data kaise check karein?
I almost booked a flat near Aavalahalli last year, builder ne last minute terms change kar diye. RERA website pe bhi sab clear nahi milta sometimes, especially if it's a newer project or a smaller builder. Bahut headache hai yeh process.
