Is Domlur's 'central' location just a traffic trap?

Two years ago I'd have laughed at these prices, but my landlord just hiked rent AGAIN in Bellandur, so I'm finally taking the plunge. Everyone glorifies Domlur for its 'central' location and connectivity. But honestly, for daily life, is it really worth it? The traffic around there during peak hours is just insane, I swear it adds 30 minutes to any commute. You're practically stuck. And for investment, are we really expecting massive appreciation there in 3-5 years? Or is it already overvalued? I don't see much green space or new infrastructure coming up to justify current rates. Seems like a mature market, not a growth one. ROI seems questionable. Am I missing something big? Change my mind.
