Is Drona Residency genuinely good for daily living, or just good on paper? I'm currently in a 2BHK in Sector 137 and thinking of upgrading to a 3BHK. The price range for Drona Residency looks decent, but I'm honestly not sure if the premium is justified for an ongoing project. How's the community vibe there? Is it friendly, or do people mostly keep to themselves? We're looking for a genuinely good home, not just an apartment. What about schools and markets nearby? Daily convenience is super important, especially with young kids. Already have a home loan, so this upgrade needs to make sense. What's the real story with project delivery and the quality you get after moving in? Any residents can share their experience?
