Budget finalised, loan pre-approved — ab pata nahi kaun se sector mein invest karoon. I work in real estate, but buying for myself feels totally different yaar. Dekh raha hoon Dwarka Expressway aur Golf Course Extension mein. Dwarka Expressway ka completion is almost done, right? To kya iska appreciation already priced in hai ya abhi bhi upside hai? Builders like M3M, Emaar ke projects wahan kaise hain? Should I wait for Global City ka full impact ya abhi le lena chahiye? Not sure if prices will shoot up post-expressway ya phir thoda settle honge. Kya kisi ka experience hai GGN mein, infrastructure completion ke baad kitna jump aata hai?
