Is Dwarka Expressway's impact already priced in?

₹3.5 Cr from our old house, but finding a compact 2BHK in Gurgaon is tough. Kids are gone, we just want a low-maintenance flat, maybe Golf Course Extension or Dwarka Expressway, near a hospital. Is Dwarka Expressway's impact already priced into Sector 102? How long should we hold an end-use property for decent resale?

₹3.5 Cr for a 2BHK in Gurgaon is tough, I agree! Dwarka Expy ke prices toh already sky-high lag rahe hain, especially Sector 102. Mujhe lagta hai infrastructure poora hone se pehle hi sab price in ho gaya hai. Re-sale ke liye toh kaafi time hold karna padega.
