Is early-bird pricing actually better for investors?
After 7 years in my 2BHK in Dwarka, I'm eyeing a 3BHK upgrade, maybe around Vasant Kunj or Saket. I'm seeing quotes from developers like Tricone Projects India Limited. As an investor, I'm trying to figure out: are construction-linked payment plans always smarter than a bigger down payment for leverage? And does pre-launch pricing actually give a discount, or is it just a marketing gimmick? I'm already carrying a loan, so managing cash flow is key. Has anyone found real value in early-bird deals or specific payment structures in Delhi recently?
