Should we really consider pre-launch offers for flats in Bengaluru, or is it just a marketing gimmick? Kids have moved out, so we're looking to sell our big house near JP Nagar. Want something smaller, manageable, maybe a 2BHK around Dommasandra. Sobha Limited ke projects dekhe hain, but ready-to-move options are quite steep. Builders keep pushing pre-launch offers, saying you save a lot, but I'm worried about hidden costs later. Kya woh initial discount sach mein milta hai, ya it all gets covered by PLC and other charges closer to possession? Meri wife toh bolti hai ready property hi leni chahiye, stress kam hoga. Jo logon ne pre-launch mein liya hai, did you actually save money in the end? Ya spot discount ka wait karna better hai?

Bhai, pre-launch toh ek trap hai. Builders bas apna inventory jaldi clear karna chahte hain. Maine bhi ek baar socha tha, but friends ne warn kiya. Possession dates toh hamesha extend hoti hain, aur phir upar se maintenance charges, club house fees, parking charges, sab badha dete hain. Better to go for ready-to-move, thoda extra paisa lagega but mental peace milega.
