Is Eldeco Fairway Reserve actually livable in Sohna?
Is Eldeco Fairway Reserve in Sohna actually good for daily living, or just a marketing dream? I work in real estate, so I see through the glossy brochures, but buying for myself is totally different. The price tag is pretty steep, ₹3.47 Cr–₹5.63 Cr, so I really need to know what I'm getting. Are the amenities like the golf course view and clubhouse genuinely useful, ya just for show? What's the real ground situation for schools and markets nearby? I'm talking about actual, usable stuff, not some future promise. What's the community vibe like there? Is it friendly or more isolated? Any red flags from current residents I should know about? Honestly not sure if it justifies the premium.

Honestly, for that price range, you can find much better options closer to the main Gurugram city. The current market conditions are also a bit tricky, with many projects delayed. Sohna is still a long-term play, not for immediate 'livability'. Builder ka track record bhi dekhna padega.

Dekho, Sohna abhi bhi developing hai. Daily commute agar Gurgaon side hai, toh bahut traffic milega. Schools aur hospitals abhi bhi limited hain, jo ache hain woh bhi Gurugram border ke paas hain. Fairway Reserve is quite deep inside Sohna, so amenities ka wait karna padega. Community vibe will depend on who buys, but mostly investors honge shuru mein, not end-users. Connectivity is the biggest red flag for me.

Bhai, 3.5 Cr Sohna mein? Itna premium toh Airport Road side bhi nahi milta. Seems way too high for an 'ongoing' project.
