Is Eureka Diya Green City really good for peaceful living?
Brochure pictures often fool you, especially when you're looking for a peaceful next chapter. My wife and I are considering Eureka Diya Green City on NH24. Kids have moved out, so we don't need such a big place anymore, just something manageable. We saw a 2BHK there, around ₹75L with all charges, but I'm worried about the actual daily living experience. Is the society genuinely friendly for older couples, ya bas sab apne mein rehte hain? Noise levels ka kya scene hai near NH24? Air quality bhi concern hai. They show open spaces, but kya wahan shaam ko walk kar sakte hain peacefully? Maintenance costs bhi kitne aate hain monthly? Hoping to hear from actual residents, not just sales pitch. Has anyone moved there after selling their old family home?

OP ne bilkul sahi pakda hai. NH24 ke paas peaceful living? Thoda mushkil hai. Gaadiyon ki awaaz aur air quality ka issue toh rahega hi. Aur agar kids move out ho gaye hain, toh quiet environment aur clean air priority honi chahiye. Maine suna hai ki is area mein construction dust bhi bahut hai abhi. Kya koi actual resident bata sakta
Bhai, ye Eureka Diya Green City ka naam sunke hi darr lagta hai. Builders ke brochure waale promises pe ab bharosa nahi hota. Peaceful living bolte hain, but andar ka scene kuch aur hi hota hai. Maintenance costs bhi high honge, pakka.
Sahi kaha, especially NH24 pe. Noise aur pollution ka issue toh pakka hoga. Mere relative ne Ahinsa Khand II mein liya tha, wahan bhi highway noise bahut aata hai.
Totally agree! Brochure alag, reality alag. Been there, done that.
