₹80 lakh for a 2BHK in Sector 62A. Sounds decent, right? But it's under construction by First Villa LLP. Honestly not sure if I should risk it. Heard some horror stories about RERA. My parents keep saying ready-to-move is safer. Ab samajh nahi aa raha. Change my mind.
