Is floor-rise premium really worth the extra cost in Greater Noida? I'm in a 2BHK in Sector 137, thinking of upgrading to a 3BHK or villa in Noida Extension. Himalaya Corporation Limited projects mein PLC aur floor-rise kaafi high dikha rahe hain, especially Sector 16B. Mera budget ₹1.5 Cr tak hai, toh har extra lakh counts. Secondary market deals mein better value milti hai kya without these premiums? Ya phir bank-funded projects mein negotiation scope zyada hota hai? What's your experience?

Bhai, floor-rise premium toh bilkul loot macha rakhi hai. Main bhi Alpha II Greater Noida mein dekh raha tha, same issue. Builder bolte hain views better hain, but itna extra paisa dena for just a few floors up makes zero sense when budget is tight. ₹1.5 Cr mein toh achhe options milne chahiye without these hidden costs.
