Budget finalised, loan pre-approved — now stuck on which sector. I'm checking out 3BHKs in Sector 49, maybe Godrej Properties. But this floor-rise premium is just insane. They add like ₹5-10L for a higher floor! Plus PLC for a park-facing unit. It feels like a total rip-off, adding so much to the actual property price. Are these charges even worth it in Chandigarh? Did anyone manage to negotiate these down, or are they fixed? Honestly not sure if I should just settle for a lower floor.
