Is floor-rise premium worth it for Gurugram investors?

My Gurugram flat possession was in March. Paid PLC for a high floor in Sector 65, hoping for better ROI. Does floor-rise premium truly translate to higher resale for investors? Sahi hai?

Bhai, ye floor-rise premium ka fundaa ab bhi relevant hai kya Gurugram mein? Mera friend bhi Sector 65 mein high floor liya tha 2 saal pehle, ab resale mein utna difference nahi mil raha use. Sirf builder ka profit hota hai kya isme?
