Is floor-rise premium worth it in Rajkot?

Floor-rise premium in Rajkot feels like a pure money grab. I'm in Dubai, eyeing Ansal API's 3BHK on Kalawad Road. 4th floor ₹70L, ground ₹65L. Is that extra ₹5L for PLC worth it for an investor?

Meri ek relative ne bhi Ansal API mein book kiya tha Krishna Kunj ke paas, 2 saal pehle. Possession date pe date dete gaye, abhi tak complete nahi hua. Floor rise premium

Bhai, ₹5 lakh extra for 4th floor? That's quite a jump. Ansal API ka track record Rajkot mein mixed reviews wala hai. Kalawad Road pe competition bhi badh gaya hai. Investor ke liye to ROI dekhna padega, aur itna premium is starting to eat into profits.

But what if the view is really good? Like open view ya pool facing? Ground floor mein privacy issue aur noise bhi rehta hai. Kya Rajkot mein log itna premium pay karte hain for just a view?

Totally agree yaar. Kalawad pe itna premium doesn't make sense unless view is super unique.
