Gaurs Sports Wood looks decent on paper, but I'm really worried about the day-to-day stuff, especially after living through some nightmares. How's the elevator situation there, practically speaking? I've heard horror stories about slow lifts and even slower maintenance response times in other projects. Is it full of breakdowns or relatively smooth? And what about the maintenance charges, are they actually justified for the service quality, particularly for critical things like elevators? My current building's lifts are always an issue, and it's a headache. Is the price jump worth the hassle if basic amenities like lifts aren't reliable in a premium project? My friend booked in another Gaurs project near Alpha II Greater Noida, and the lift situation there is abysmal. Power cuts mein toh bas stairs hi option hai. Maintenance charges bhi itne high hain, but for what? If basic amenities like elevators are a struggle, it defeats the purpose of buying a 'premium' property.
