Renting for so long, I'm finally taking the plunge. Gaursons 4th Avenue Noida mein rehna kaisa hai? Daily life, amenities kitne useful hain? Neighbourhood schools aur community vibe kaisi hai? Genuine opinions needed.

U3, you mentioned it's an old project. 2014 possession date hai na? Toh phir price range kya chal raha hai abhi wahan? Itna purana project hai toh sasta hona chahiye na?
₹1.7 Cr for a 2014 project? That's insane! Noida market is getting crazy, especially for first-time buyers like us.
U4, sasta toh bilkul nahi hai! Current market mein ₹80 L – ₹1.7 Cr ki range mein chal raha hai units ka size aur configuration ke hisaab se. Builder toh completed project hai, so RERA issues nahi hain but prices are still high considering it's an older property.

Amenities kitne kaam ke hain, especially for families? Schools aur overall community vibe kaafi important hai mere liye. Nervous hoon as a first-time buyer.
U2 ki baat sahi hai. Main bhi pehle Gaursons ke ek project mein dekh raha tha but phir drop kar diya. 4th Avenue ka location Noida Extension ke hisaab se theek hai, but connectivity might be an issue agar office sector 18 mein hai. Amenities wise, club house aur gym toh hai but upkeep pe depend karta hai. Schools paas mein kaafi acche hain, jaise DPS, Apeejay. Community mixed hai, kaafi families rehti hain. But resale value ka thoda darr rehta hai aise purane projects mein, aur maintenance bhi dekhna padta hai.
U1, bhai, first-time buyer ho toh research acche se karna. Gaursons ka track record mixed hai, specially with some of their older projects.
