Is GBG Residency a good long-term investment?
Honestly, I'm completely fed up of renting. My landlord raised rent again, so I'm finally taking the plunge and looking to buy in Noida Extension. GBG Infratech GBG Residency kaafi low budget mein mil raha hai, around 15-25L. Everyone glorifies the low entry price, but nobody talks about the actual resale market. Matlab, kitna liquid hai yeh project? Has the price even moved much since launch for capital appreciation? I'm worried about the investor-to-end-user ratio; don't want a ghost society.
