Is Ghata's infrastructure ready for the future?

Spent the whole Sunday checking out options near Ghata. My parents keep saying it's the next big thing, especially with all the new road plans and that proposed metro extension. Honestly, site par jaake laga ki connectivity toh abhi bhi thodi issue hai, especially during peak hours. I'm looking at a 2BHK there, budget around 90L. But infrastructure ka kya scene hai long-term? Is that metro extension bilkul pakka hai ya sirf news mein hi hai? Aur water/electricity supply ka kya haal hai? Real ground reality kya hai wahan ki? Kuch hidden issues hain kya jo brochures mein nahi batate? Would love to hear experiences.
