₹1.1 crore for a 3BHK in Indirapuram feels pretty high these days. I'm seeing similar units in Siddhartha Vihar and Crossings Republik closer to ₹80-90 lakhs. The Delhi-Meerut Expressway and Metro Red Line extension have definitely boosted connectivity, no doubt. But is that growth already fully priced into the market? I'm wondering if Ghaziabad still has strong appreciation potential for the next 2-3 years, say till 2026-27. From my past investments, infra projects drive initial bumps, but I'm honestly not sure if there's much juice left. Should I jump in now, or are we looking at a plateau soon? What are your thoughts on future ROI here?
