Sab Godrej ya ATS ki tareef karte hain, but honestly, construction quality ka kya scene hai? I've heard stories about M3M's finishing issues after possession, especially in Sector 150 projects. Kya customer support bhi ghost ho jaata hai booking ke baad? Yaar, ₹1.5 Cr lagane ke baad bhi plaster cracks milenge? Not sure if these big names actually deliver on promises beyond just marketing. Change my mind.
